    Stand space will be reserved upon receipt of the registration forms and payment for the category chosen by the participating company. Registration can be done through www.grepalma.org from February 1 to July 26, 2019. The deadline to submit payment is Friday, August 9, 2019.
  • 2
    The exhibitor must provide the information of the company, contact data (telephone, name, e-mail and web page), list of products and services, and logo in high resolution JPG, PNG or Illustrator format, by Friday 16 of August 2019. Information must not exceed 85 words. If the company does not deliver the information in time, we will be forced to eliminate mention of the company from the record of the event that will be delivered to each participant.

    The participating company has the option to use the stand structure provided by GREPALMA in which it can place furniture and equipment to fit the designated area to promote its brand. The decoration of the stand must not exceed 2.47 meters high.
  • 4
    The company that has acquired the right to include a flyer or information leaflet in the briefcase must deliver the material by Monday, September 30, 2019, at Santo Domingo del Cerro from 10:00 am. at 12:00 p.m.
  • 5
    GREPALMA provides only the space to place an advertising image (banners, billboards, banners for triangular structures and banderoles) as outlined in the gold and silver category benefits. Banners printed on the sizes listed in the benefits must be provided by the exhibitor.
